How does High Profiling® coaching work?
The coaching process consists of two clearly structured phases: First, you and your coach will look back on your professional history, as well as your skills, values, and experiences. This will provide a solid foundation for the second phase, in which you will develop specific career goals and formulate your personal strategy.
Deep Reflection
To get started, you and your coach will review your professional history. This process will help identify your professional skills, personal strengths, and guiding values. INQUA uses two scientifically grounded methods for this: the High Profiling® competency profile and resource-oriented genogram work. Both were developed at the INQUA Institute, have been successfully used in over 15.000 coaching sessions, and are continuously refined by the scientific advisory board.
Strategy & Goal Achievement
The in-depth reflection at the start of the coaching session lays a solid foundation for your future career planning. Together with your coach, you will use this to develop a personalized strategy based on your strengths, values, and life goals. You will set realistic goals, explore suitable options, and define concrete next steps. The focus is always on how you want to position yourself professionally and which work environments truly suit you.
Tips & Tools
During the coaching sessions, you will receive comprehensive materials covering all key reflection and career topics via our own platform, the INQUA-Learningsuite. These include e.g. career guidance, job applications, salary negotiations, and networking. In addition to the sessions, you will work with our structured process worksheets. These will help you systematically identify your professional and interpersonal skills, values, and interests, and provide clear guidance for your next steps.
