Online registration

This pre-registration is non-binding and gives you the opportunity to take part in a free introductory consultation with your coach. Once we’ve received your registration, we’ll send you an e-mail with a participant agreement form and further information on how to proceed.

Choosing your preferred coaching setting

We offer our career coaching in three different settings:

Online coaching, blended coaching, and in-person coaching. All our coaches have the necessary qualifications and there is no difference between the level quality in online sessions and in-person sessions. Once you’ve sent us your non-binding registration form and had your initial consultation with your coach, you can choose the setting that is right for you. We also kindly ask you to observe our hygiene policy (SARS-CoV-2).

In-person coaching
The coaching takes place in a certified room together with your coach (online coaching is also available as a fallback option).

Blended coaching
Blended coaching is a combination of in-person and online coaching. Details can be arranged with your coach during the initial consultation.

Online-only coaching
For online coaching, it doesn't matter how far away you live from our offices; you therefore don't need to specify a preferred location.

How would you like to pay for your INQUA career coaching?

With private funds – I want to invest in my career

Via my (former) employer to help with my new placement

Via my pension scheme or my employers' liability insurance association

With an AVGS voucher from the Employment Agency or Job Centre (pursuant to Section 45 (1) Sentence 1 No. 1 of the German Social Code Book III).

How would you like to start?

I would like to have a non-binding introductory phone call with my potential coach.

Degree and professional qualification

I have a degree and/or have completed vocational training.

I do not have a formal degree, but have a wealth of professional experience that qualifies me as a specialist and/or manager.

I do not have a formal degree and have not completed any vocational training or obtained comparable professional experience.

Language

German is my daily language (or native language); I can understand and express complex concepts in German (B2-level at least).

I have a strong command of English and would like to do the coaching in English. Please select one of the following options:
