I have a voucher for at least 20 units and eight weeks.

You can use the voucher with us if it is issued for a coaching service over at least eight weeks with at least 20 sessions of 45 minutes each.

With private funds – I want to invest in my career

After submitting this form, you will receive our quote and the opportunity to arrange a consultation with our customer service experts. By the way, you can deduct the costs from your taxes.

My (previous) employer pays the costs as part of outplacement counselling.

After sending this non-binding registration, you will receive a cost offer as well as our coaching contract with which you can make a binding registration. If you have any questions, please call us on 03028599430 and we will be happy to advise you.

Via my pension scheme or my employers' liability insurance association

Ask your counsellor to have the costs covered by the pension insurance or your employers' liability insurance association. If a cost offer is desired, this can be requested at info@inqua-institut.de. Please call us at 03028599430 if you have any questions.

Choosing your preferred coaching setting

Individual one-to-one coaching with your personal INQUA career coach is available as face-to-face or online coaching.

To get you started quickly, we select the right format for you.

Flexibility: You do not need to commit. We will check for you whether a prompt start on site or online is possible.
Larger coach selection: We can select a coach for you from our nationwide pool.
Quick start: You will be given the earliest possible start date.

I would like to do my coaching online
With this option you have the possibility to meet your coach in regular online sessions and thus benefit from greater flexibility.

Your benefits

Independence of location and time flexibility: You can participate in coaching from any location and flexibly arrange appointments with your coach.
Enhancing your digital competence: The online format strengthens your digital competences for the online job interview.
Privacy: You remain in your familiar environment. This can lead to more open communication and a better coaching experience.

I would like to conduct my coaching in presence
The coaching takes place in the coach's certified rooms and can be combined with online coaching by arrangement.

Coaching near you: We select the nearest coach for you.
Personal interaction: Face-to-face coaching enables direct personal interaction with the coach.
Hybrid design: You can switch between face-to-face and online coaching if you wish.
