With AVGS coaching in Berlin, a trusted team of qualified professionals are ready to assist you in your job search. Join over 15.000 of our former coachees who have left unemployment behind them, and create your own career strategy together with our coaches. Over the course of eight weeks, our certified AVGS coaching programme, comprising 20 x 45-minute sessions, will guide you through the process of assessing and identifying your skills, values, previous professional experience and interests. Based on our High Profiling® method, our career coaching programme is designed to help you to identify your strengths and interests, which later can be used as a springboard for achieving your aspirations and future career goals. The costs for the coaching programme are 100% covered by the AVGS voucher (Aktivierungs- und Vermittlungsgutschein) issued by your local job centre or the Employment Agency (Agentur für Arbeit). Ask your placement specialist to issue an AVGS with an informal application with the “BA-mobile” customer app. Simply create your individual argument template with our AVGS application wizard. The programme can also take place completely in English, including our own platform – the INQUA-Learningsuite – with all documents and materials throughout the process, as well as our High Profiling® competence profile. This offer is primarily geared towards all those looking to apply for jobs on the English-speaking job market.

How AVGS coaching at INQUA helps you in your job search
We offer accredited career coaching for academics, specialists and executives looking for support with their professional reorientation. Our coaching programme for academics, specialists and executives is based on the High Profiling® method, which was developed by the INQUA Institute and comprises two stages: reflection and implementation. In the first stage, we take an in-depth look at your entire professional biography using the High Profiling® and resource-oriented genogram methods. By carefully reflecting on your career history, background, extra-occupational activities, and interests, we will lay the groundwork for developing and implementing your career strategy. In the second stage of our AVGS coaching, we will develop and implement strategies to help you find the right job for you. Depending on the situation, this may also involve drawing up application documents, establishing a professional network, and preparing for a specific job application.
